Pacific Plaza, a 20,000 Square foot retail center on nearly 2 acres of Land off State Route 99 (SR 99) also known as the Pacific Highway or Highway 99. The entire highway has strong demographics and is listed as part of the National Highway System, a national network of roads identified as important to the national economy, defense, and mobility.

Highway 99 has been the primary commercial corridor and primary north and south transportation spine for the area since prior to WWII boasting approximately 40,000 vehicle trips per day (ADT) and some of the largest per day traffic counts in the state of Washington from a recorded minimum of 17000 (AADT) upwards to 100,000 (AADT) and approximately 39,000 (AADT) in Edmonds. * Disclaimer

Thanks to the Economic Development Action Plan, The Highway 99 Subarea Plan and others like it you can expect a city wide ongoing effort to continually improve the economic vitality and quality of life in the area to include the additional development and support of high density Multifamily housing, improved transit and pedestrian oriented development and expansion. In addition it is their mission to provide small business support, promote sustainability and consumer safety all of which to help create an ideal commercial corridor and a strong sense of community that maintains a highly desirable quality of life for its residents.

Pacific Plaza is a Green Building with a high level of efficiency and amenities that reduces consumption of energy, water and other resources, and promotes alternative access to the plaza minimizing its carbon footprint benefiting the environment while at the same time providing occupants more affordable tenancy.
